Riker (Include), a perfect three-for-three, will make his route debut in Sunday’s GIII Grey S. at Woodbine. The Tucci Stables colorbearer, tabbed as the 4-5 morning-line favorite, posted wire-to-wire victories in both the Colin S. July 25 and Swynford S. Sept. 5, respectively. He recorded a bullet five-furlong move in :59 4/5 (1/11) here Sept. 24.

European invader Kasseopia (GB) (Showcasing {GB}) offers plenty of intrigue. The chestnut was purchased privately by Team Valor International and Gary Barber after breaking through with a nine-length victory at third asking going a mile over Kempton’s all-weather surface most recently Sept. 4. “The second and third from that maiden finished first and second in a nursery at Nottingham, five lengths clear of everything else. So, his form is looking solid,” trainer Charlie Fellowes said. The GI Breeders’ Cup Juvenile is on the radar for Kasseopia, according to Fellowes. “That would be up to Mr. Irwin and Team Valor, but I believe that’s the plan. I’ve always thought the world of this horse,” Fellowes commented.
